How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the number of active students enrolled in your school. Parents, teachers, accountants and administrators are included at no additional cost.
What's the difference between termly and annual billing?
Termly billing lets you pay the standard plan price at the beginning of each term. Annual billing lets you pay for the entire academic year upfront at a discounted rate equivalent to two and a half terms.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes. As your school grows, you can upgrade to the appropriate student band at any time without losing your existing data.
Do you charge setup fees?
No. There are no hidden setup or onboarding fees for Starter, Growth or Scale plans. Enterprise deployments may include optional migration or custom implementation services.
Is online payment included?
Yes. EdVela includes online billing and payment support. Payment gateway transaction charges, such as Paystack fees, apply separately.
Can we request custom features?
Absolutely. Enterprise customers can request integrations, custom workflows and additional modules tailored to their institution.
